Facials & Skin Treatments

Hands off your skin

Avoid touching, picking, or popping—your skin is freshly treated and more absorbent.

Skip makeup for 24 hours

Let your skin breathe and fully benefit from the treatment (mineral makeup is okay sooner if needed).

Avoid heat for 24–48 hours

No saunas, steam, hot yoga, or intense workouts—heat can trigger redness and irritation.

Pause active ingredients

Avoid retinol, acids (AHA/BHA), exfoliants, benzoyl peroxide, and scrubs for 48–72 hours unless directed otherwise.

Hydration only

Stick to gentle cleansing, hydrating serums, barrier-repair moisturizers, and calming products.

SPF is non-negotiable

Apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily and reapply if outdoors—your skin is more sensitive to the sun post-facial.

Expect mild reactions

Light redness, warmth, or sensitivity is normal and should subside within 24–48 hours.

No treatments right away

Avoid waxing, peels, microneedling, or laser treatments for at least 7 days unless advised.

Consistency = results

Professional treatments work best when done regularly—ask about a treatment plan or membership for long-term skin goals.

Lash Extensions

Clean is queen

Cleanse your lashes 3–4x per week with a lash-extension–safe cleanser to prevent buildup and keep retention strong.

Be gentle, always

No rubbing, pulling, or aggressive makeup removal. Your lashes are delicate luxury goods 🫶

Oil-free zone

Avoid oil-based skincare and makeup removers around the eyes—oil weakens the adhesive bond.

Brush daily

Gently brush your lashes with a clean spoolie to keep them fluffy, separated, and polished.

Skip waterproof makeup

Waterproof products are harder to remove and can cause unnecessary tugging on extensions.

Hands off

No picking or pulling. If something feels off, we’ll fix it at your fill—promise.

Fill rule: 50% is key

To qualify for a lash fill, you must have at least 50% of your extensions remaining.

Less than that = full set.

Support your natural lashes

Use a lash-extension–safe lash serum daily to support natural lash health, strength, and long-term fullness.

Book consistently

  1. Fills every 2–3 weeks keep your lashes looking full, balanced, and fresh.
Lash Lift & Tint

Avoid water & steam for 24 hours

This one does still matter for lash lifts. No water, steam, saunas, or sweaty workouts while the lift fully sets.

Hands off for the first day

No rubbing, touching, or sleeping face-down—let those lashes lock into their new shape.

Skip eye makeup for 24 hours

Mascara, liner, and shadow can interfere with the setting process.

After 24 hours: low maintenance beauty

Once set, you can wash your face, shower, and live your life as normal 🙌

Avoid waterproof mascara

It’s drying and harder to remove, which can weaken the lift over time.

Condition those lashes

Use a lash-safe conditioning serum or lash lift–approved lash serum daily to keep lashes hydrated, strong, and healthy.

No lash curlers

Your lashes are already lifted—curlers can cause breakage or distort the shape.

Be gentle with removal

When wearing makeup, remove gently and avoid excessive tugging.

Results last 6–8 weeks

Lash lifts grow out with your natural lash cycle—rebook once the curl relaxes for best results.

Brow Wax / Tint / Lamination

Keep brows dry for 24 hours

No water, steam, saunas, sweating, or heavy workouts—this is especially important for brow laminations.

Hands off

Avoid touching, rubbing, or brushing aggressively for the first day while the brows set.

Skip makeup & skincare for 24 hours

No brow makeup, exfoliants, retinol, acids, or oils around the brow area.

Brush brows daily

Once the first 24 hours have passed, gently brush brows into place to maintain shape.

Hydration is everything

Use a lamination-safe brow serum or conditioning oil daily to keep hairs healthy, soft, and flexible.

Be gentle with cleansing

After 24 hours, cleanse the brow area gently—no scrubbing or harsh towels.

Avoid heat & sun exposure

Excess heat can cause brows to lose shape and tint to fade faster.

Results & maintenance

• Brow tint lasts 1–2 weeks on skin, 3–4 weeks on hair

• Brow lamination lasts 6–8 weeks

• Rebook every 6–8 weeks for best results
